Ο Θοδωρής Τόσκος από τήν Νέα Υόρκη που γεννήθηκε στην Αμερική που είναι ενεργό μέλος τού συλλόγου Καστοριανών μού εμπιστεύθηκε ένα ποίημα απλά να το διαβάσω, αφού το έστειλε όπως είπε σε γνωστή ημερήσια εφημερίδα και δεν τού το εξέδωσαν ενώ συχνά πυκνά βλέπουμε αχινούς, γούβες και αρμυρίκια να βγαίνουν στην στήλη τής ποίησης που τήν μαγειρεύουν με σάλτσα ...α λα..
ας τού επιτρέψουμε να δει το ποίημά του εδώ ο φίλος ο Θοδωρής που μιλάει πολύ καλά Ελληνικά σε σημείο που μνας αφήνει άφωνους στις διάφορες συνελεύσεις ...μόλις βρω χρόνο θα σας το μεταφράσω στα Ελληνικά. Ίσως γνωρίζετε αυτοί που ασχολείσθε με ποίηση ότι ο ποιητής γράφει πιο άνετα στην γλώσσα που μιλάει καλύτερα.

IDENTITY THEFT and GEO-LARCENY

Once upon a Cold War’s Era,
the Powers developed a lie;
a morsel they wanted,
and so raved and ranted,
iridizing a piece of the pie.
For this they were willing to die.
The seed that they planted,
they watered and weeded with care;
and as it developed,
its beauty enveloped, and drew vultures
to join and partake in the fare.
Who’s slighted, they just did not care.
And off to the races they went
With devious, effective campaign:
They started polemics
with bought academics,
impressions and sound bites they nabbed.
The Truth?... Neglected in vain.
And Justice? Begone her!, writhing in pain;
the fraud legitimate to become,
only Sovereigns sleeping need be overcome;
distract, delay, and confuse.
And Willing, they will you amuse.
The people, they bought it,
regardless who fought it,
a difference was not to be made.
There will not be room for a trade,
Declared they for all, and so claimed.
Astonished were those who abstained!
To Hell with relations and negotiations,
triumph is what they smelled in the game.
Epiphany!!! Big Uncle has given the lot!
By golly, we thank you a lot!
Hence, with gall and conviction, as victors Proclaim:
We’ve done it! We’ve won it!,
We stole it! We’ve got it!,
Their name;
