Hello fellow greeks
Recently i have decided to study in the USA. I have started my studies here in greece at the Technological Institute of Piraeus at the Electrical engeneering department but things here realy suck. Everything is a mess and no one really cares about students or what they've learned.
So i decided to make the big step. The field that interests me the most is computer networks. For the reason i have relatives there, i decided to search for a university in Chicago. After my research i found that the DeVry university of Chicago meets my needs. The tuition and fees are bareable and i can attend class both on-campus and online.
What i want from you guys living in the States is to tell me:
1. What is the reputation of the DeVry university in Chicago?
2. Anyone knows if the degrees it gives out are a strong qualification for one's career?
Thank you for your time
Yours
Tony

Devry has schools also in other parts of the country, Iknow of Illinois, New Jersey and I think New York.
Devry has been around for years and has a good reputation but it's not a Univeristy it more like a technical school.
You can transfer your credits to any University but sometimes not 100%
You can achieve an associates or Bachelor degree from Devry I am not sure if you can go for a masters at Devry.
Also for American Citizens there is a job placement when you finish for about 95%
