2008 Multicultural Festival & 'Zorba-Yolngu' in Canberra (Feb 8-17)
"The National Multicultural Festival includes several massive free events in the city centre, plus very affordable events by the lakes and right across town in community centres, clubs and galleries throughout the fortnight."
A creative piece of choreography (a medley of cultures & continents): Here's an intriguing sample of last weekend's entertainment program, during the Glendi Festival: an amazing interpretational piece of Zorba the Greek by the Echo Island Dancers (in true Yolngu style) - performed by the Descendance Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Dance Theatre group >>
