XXVIII Summer Olympics: Closing Ceremonies

If you have a large family -- or even a couple of roommates -- I'm hoping you have more than one television. Chances are there'll be some folks wanting to watch the VMAs, and some (like me) wanting to see the closing ceremonies of the 28th Summer Olympic Games. My advice? Watch the ceremonies; MTV will be repeating the hell outta the VMAs for the next three weeks. I'm sure this evening's festivities will include highlights from the past 14 days, including Paul Hamm's controversial win in the men's gymnastics all-around, Michael Phelps and Ian Thorpe's domination of the Olympic pool and the bikini-clad dancers at the beach volleyball venue.
