First of all, NBC did a lousy job of airing the Closing Ceremonies. They should have just gone ahead and shown it all without any interruptions and with no commentary as they didn't get it anyways. CBC in Canada did an awesome job of covering the Olympics, right from the design of their set, to their website, to the UNINTERRUPTED, COMMERCIAL-FREE coverage of the games. NBC had too many commercials, too much "bleeding obvious" commentary, and too many skits on athletes following the commercials, so much so, that they actually cut out a lot of the programming.
