First I liek to say that Kalomoira is a Star, the girl has talent and I wish her luck on what ever she wants to do in her life.

BUT Anon, there is no excuse for her Greek. She need to learn Greek and I am glad now she has the chance.
There is no excuse for the treatment she is receiving in the Greek media and from anti-American jealous idiots. If they want her to learn better Greek why don't they support her instead of making fun of her?
Your family must have a problem with Greek(s). I never make fun of any hillie billies do you? Anytime you go to Texas you make fun of these people? or Alabama or.........
Give Kalomoira a few years or months to practice her Greek and then compare, there is no comparison here
My family doesn't have a problem with Greeks, they are the ones with the problem, they are the ones who start everything and make little snippet remarks, especially once they find out you are Greek American...and no i don't make fun of people's accents i just gave an example how many Greeks in Greece can't speak Greek correctly, and how quickly they judge,
southern people may have an accent but at least the words are the same, many villages in Greece speak Greek...strange maybe to some of you it's not but for me it is, some words don't make sense..have you heard how Cretans say goat in Cretan? It rhymes with K and ends with I, I heard it in an old Alikh Bougioglaki movie.
lol @ the Albanian girl speaking better "Greek" c'mon now half of Albania is living in Greece plus the countries are so close, it's not the same with us here.
For me same goes for Jennifer Aniston. She doesn't know a word and yet she is there because of the Greek Factor
Thanks for brining up Jennifer Aniston because Roula Korimila made nasty remarks about her too ,and rolled her eyes when mentioned her participating at the Olympics, and it's not just Roula a friend of mine who recieves ANT-1 fee from Greece heard similar comments.
I don't like how the Greek media treats and speaks of Greek Americans.
How come we're always told in our afternoon Greek schools and churches to keep our Greek roots and respect our race etc...but they in Greece don't do the same for us? That is just plain WRONG.
