John-Andrew Kambanis and Steven Livaditis, both from Chicago, comprise Greece's two man bobsled team. The duo faced insurmountable odds in qualifying for the Games. Their races will take place on February 16-17th.

New York native Michael Voudouris is Greece's sole Skeleton racer, the newest event added to the Winter Olympics. Voudouris is an Emergency Medical Technician and helped save lives following the September 11th attacks in New York City. Skeleton races take place on February 20th.

The American Curling team has two Greek Americans: The coach Mike Liapis and his daughter Stacy Liapis. Curling competitions take place February 11-18th.
