Life is too short. You seem to know English on a college level. Save money for a flight and leave to UK, US or Australia on a student visa. Maybe you have a relative in one of these countries that would vouch for you. Also,look into a medical school in the caribbean isle of Granada. If all these propositions seem expensive, consider staying where you're at if you are close to completing, grin and bear it until you finish med school.
