Subject: Sponsorship of cycling team

Dear Sirs,

We would like to inform you that our cycling team will be the only Greek team, since we are for the last years the champions in Greece. This is of course an honor for Greece and Crete, but in order that this becomes true and gives us the chance to be there, it needs a lot of expenses, which unfortunately cannot be covered from the organizators or even from the Greek federation.
We would appreciate it if your community or any Greece company could cover part of our expenses concerning especially our transportation (Tickets etc). As compensation we ¡ll be at your disposal in order to take advantage and advertise your company in USA or/and in Greece and from our part this sponsorship will be reported in the mass media in a form of Press Releases.
We remain at your disposal for further details you may require and appreciate your answer at your earliest convenience.
