Kalomoira might not have the greatest voice, but it is not that bad. She makes up for every thing with her personality. NO ONE on the show has one like she does, not only that but she works the hardest out of EVERYONE. and yes Giorgou is verrry sexy. Im so happy Maro got out. dont be soo harsh on Kalomoira, but i don't think she deserved to win, i think Rallia should have definatly won. Shes amazing-her voice & her personality. Everyone should have seen it coming because she did win over, Giorgo and Karafoti and Kostandino they all had better voices then her. All of Greece loves Kalomoira and I think that she will be hot for a while but maybe it'll die down eventually and the other kids will have their turn...thats my opinion

Kalomaira does not have the greatest voice, but her personality made up for it. Karafoti had a nice voice but I think that alot of the viewers were fed up with the way he was acting. In the beginning he was very serious about his singing, however towards the end he began to not concentrate as much because he was playing around with Maro. Now Pallia has an awesome voice, but she was not a people person, where as Kalomaira won because of her personality. All of the kids are going to get contracts no matter what, even the ones that were not the top six. I wish them all the luck in the future.

Yes, kalomoira won because of her personality, not her voice. However, famestory is a singing competition and it is sad to think of the future of greek music when people like noti and kalomoira win. I am sick and tired of greeks trying to become more "european" or american by constantly praising american songs and not holding on to their own music. Greek music is so rich...why does everything have to go downhill with all the meaningless pop? There were only two points during the final: the song that konstantino wrote and sang because it actually sounded greek, and the Mario Toka medley.
Who else is disappointed about the future of Greek music?

As much as we ALL like her and love her, there is no reason to get so nasty to those loosers. we must feal sorry for them as they are to blind to see real outer and ineer beuty. A little something about Fame Story!
|

I Just happend to stumble upon this site and read over some of the comments made. First thing first, I MISS FAME STORY! Its too bad theres no way to really find out whats going on with them right now until one of their own CDs comes out I guess. Rallia and Karafoti are extremely talented and can both sing almost anything! Literally anything lol. Maro was a personal fave of mine and despite what people say about her, we all know she has talent and that shes a good person. It really bugs me because I saw nothing wrong with her, everyone had some flaws in the show, there only human. Shes trying to make it in her own way, so what, no ones perfect. I hope shes in love with Karafoti because their to cute together and if love is right there in front of you..then love it!! George was hot and had something about him haha. The rest were great too. As for Kalomoira..she might have not had the IDEAL voice..but its still a very good one. It will only improve and she has improved sooo much since I myself started watching the show. She has talent, she knows how to keep everyone entertained, and how to own the stage. I wish her the best of luck because she has a genuine personality and lets hope she keeps it throughout all the fame to come. I only started following the show half-way through when I caught my parents watching it one day, and everyone else in Toronto that was Greek was starting to gossip about it. I loved it and couldnt get enough of it! It sucks that its done and I doubt the 3rd time around will be as good, but either way we can hope it will be! Fill me in anybody if you have any news about any of the troops from Fame Story 2 .... Lateeeer

Look. I dont know what the hell your talking about. She has a voice, a very good voice to. Her voice is just diffrent to what we know. that does not mean it is good. When i go and watch a concert the main thing i want to happen is for me to be entertaned. Kalomoira is THE BEST in that citeria and we all know it. If you want to listen to a cd, fine, listen to what ever boaring music you like, that none of mine, or anyone busines. I agree that the Greeks that live in Greece have a fascination with foreigners and the english language. This is really too bad because Greek music is amazing, and we have so much talent in our own country. I was extremely dissapointed seeing Kalomoira win, as a singer it was difficult to watch her take first place over Pallia. Pallia was the shining star of this show, and regardless of the fact that Kalomoira won it is her that will get the biggest recording contract. Kalomoira is just a fad, she is cute and didn't get involved with arguements in the house, and she was Greece's sweetheart. She may do well now that everyone in Greece is fixated on her, but before you know it she will be out of the picture and those who are really talented will take their spots in the spotlight. I am trying out for Fame Story 3 in New York and I sincerely hope I am not beaten by any individual that resembles a Kalomoira wannabe or anything similar to it. I am not being rude, I am merely stating reality.

Yes Kalomoira does suck. Infact most people on famestory suck, infact famestory itself sucks. This is not Greek music. What the hell do you call Kalomoira's style? She has no voice. The only reason she became a star is because people in Greece love xenomania and voted for her. There were better voices on the show such as Karafaoti, and Ralia who I wished would have won instead.
Kalomoira did not know how to act I dont know how she managed to win. She does not have any common sense, or courtesy, she was just nice to everyone and got by. Everytime she won and got on the stage she was so clueless as to what she was supposed to do. She is just an innocent young girl.
It's okay though, Foivo sees her as a dollar sign and he will make money off her , while he can, hopefully she will be smart enough to keep it and not spend it. Artists like her dont last a long time.

My family has known the Sarantis family for many years...in fact, we dine in their restaurant every week and have always been treated like family. Hey everyone im a big fan of famestory espcially famestory 2 i enjoyed watching everyone on the show including Kalomoira she seems like a great person. But im sure alot of people are going to agree with me when i say this, she only won famestory because of her personality to me she should of won Big Brother, there was better singers that deserved to win. Obviously there was a lot of young kids that voted for her.

Kalomoira is a good singer for sure.
I am a big fan of hers and think she has major potential, and she will definately make it big for sure.
to be brutally honest however, I own her album, but it doesnt exactly show what she is capable of, because I have heard her sing acapella style without music and she hits those notes really on par with the Aguilera's of this world. SO really you can't blame the poor girl for singing music written for her by other people, i.e. the record producers of Greece.
Not to mention the fact she is the nicest, down to earth girl to grace this planet.
There's really no point posting stupid messages putting her down, I can read most people like a book and there is no neggative comment ever stated that can possibly be true about her.
Anyways.....if any of Kalomoira's relatives out there reading these forums HAPPEN to be reading these, my email is prior_turrin@hotmail.com, just the fact that it would be pretty good to get to know her family and the environment she grew up in. A nice girl as such obviously was brought up very well in a good household.

Yah, totally agree with that.
I got her album too, she is a mad singer, but the songs she sung in Fame Story were heeps better, and she sounded better to, coz I guess in that show they actually got to pick some of em for themselves, like La Isla Bonita, Kalomoira's version shits all over Madonna's one.
And although I ain't a relo or friend of hers, I just sent you an email of my MSN, i got like 400 videos of hers on my hard drive here, of all her live performances and songs and practically whole time in the fame story house, so if you want em, it's all good.
