Australian needs Municipal Roll Certificate of Parents

Hi or kalimera,
I am an Australian citizen with Greek parents and I am applying for Greek citizenship and eventually a greek passport. One of the requirements is to obtain my parents Municipal Roll Certificate. I want to know what is that and wheredo I obtain it. They come from Morfi, Kozani and I was hoping someone can give me a telephone number for the resposible department.

thats very interesting, My dad's parents are from the same village. The population in 2000 was something like 120. What year did your parents come over?
