Democracy
      #15503 - Mon Jul 12 2004 08:59 AM

One of the greatest democracies on earth this century resides in the USA. We have one of the greatest constitutions in the world and our founding fathers did an outstanding job securing the most fundamental rights of humans, with Liberty and Justice for All. With the "We the people..." starts our declaration of independence. What a wonderful start..." We The People..."

Live long USA and show the light of freedom to the rest of the world. Live long USA and show to the Birthplace of Democracy and my parents' birthplace, Greece, what democracy is all about.

I AGREE big time

In reply to:

One of the Greatest statements ever made, and guess what borrowed from our Birthplace HELLAS, with out our ancestors to start democracy this statement would not exist.

Anon or LIB or whatever you have no reason to talk bad to Greeks about demokratia, your stupid jealous thoughts once again are blanks. No matter how many times oyu try to insult (your way) us I just want you to know that Israel never had a democracy ( is that your birthplace?)

SVATS

Stef you are suprising, apo tin kalomoira sta politika mesa se mia vdomada................ i matheneis grigora i kaneis parea me libertakia.

My answer to all of you

No insult to anyone was meant. And if the "we the people..." came from my ancestors, this makes me very proud. I would also like to know who said that and where can I find it so I could read it and learn more.

I don't think I insulted any Greek and I am sorry you read this way. Greece these days has no "democracy." They used to have, not any more. This is how I feel about it from my limited knowledge about modern Greece.

Long live USA!

Your LIMITED knowledge has no limits when you want to insult. Maybe you should advance your LIMITED knowledge before you open your mouth again.
Open a book, travel , get a girlfriend or a boyfriend but most important ASK around you, outside of your house, strangers , friends if you have any

Start by asking what year it is, it might help you.

SVATS

To my limited knowledge you are a MORON.

I started asking you, but instead your insults were overwhelming. Just asnwer the question...who was the greek philosopher of politician who said "we the people..." If you don't know the answer just shut up and let someone who does to answer it. Furthemore, there is no need to demonstrate your pitiful arrogance.

Again Lib LIMITED

Your WHOLE Constitution We the people etc etc was inspired by Greek Democracy and Philosophy and was written by wise men.

SVATS

YOU THE PEOPLE should never forget where you come from.

About Greek Democracy today, you don't know what you are talking about. Are you reffering to Israel? or Uganda if yes I forgive you for your mistake.

I said that

Georgaki, me ta liga logia pou 'eipes' ta eipes ola--mbravo sou!

Democracy in the USA?? Keep believing the propaganda the US throws at us--it's got most Americans fooled.

"We the people" let me remind you, was written by racists, slave-owners, white supremacists. Is that something you are proud of?? Not only do you not know your Greek history, you're just as pathetically ignorant of your own American history--ma ti sas methainoun vre paidia s'auta ta sxoleia tis Amerikis??

Liberty and your like-minded ignoramusus, why do you insist on using this forum to perpetuate American propaganda when it is a Greek-American forum, dedicated to Greek-related "issues", not stupid, senseless, haphazardly-formed pro-American beliefs? I'm sure the KKK has a website that is more than willing to have you join! There are also pro-Israel sites where you can probably be recruited to "fight their cause"!!

Liberty, OUST!
