Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ioannis Petrou and I have been working as a young graduate at the European Space Agency's Procurement Department in Paris since May 2005.
As of August 2006 I will be at Washington attending an LL.M. program in Government Procurement Law at the George Washington University Law School. I plan to arrive at DC on August, 6 so as to search for accommodation and settle.
