lol This is a great question. I have a problem defining a european. Sure it means belonging to the continent europe but why do people use it so broardly to describe their culture like their own country lacks something? By the way isn't Ireland an Island and therefore not joined to the continent europe? I thought europe was just the actual continent. I think they have confused the cultural or economic meaning of the word european with the geographical one. What about Cyprus, Turkey etc, belonging to europe when geographically they are middle east? Well I think people should be more specific when they throw the 'european' word around like that because it seems to have quite a few meanings. cheers
