I do not like tooting my own horn as I might of sounded, but I have been questioned before by Svats in this and other strings, of how "Greek" I am or the lack there of, and I was compelled to explain my experiences to better fortify my arguments and put an end to those unjustified comments.

I do respect other peoples opinions, but when some of those opinions are based on misinformation I am compelled to correct them.

It is a hurtful thing when your own people do not respect you just because you live in another more prosperous country than theirs. More so when people in foreign lands show great effort and sacrifice for the ultimate benefit of a land and people that do not want them.

It is very, very sad.
