Come join the fun at the Mardi Gras Gala with Anna Vissi March 5 Mardi Gras Gala and March 6 Concert - In Chicago
March 5 .... Master of Ceremonies, for this occasion will be noted journalist, John Davis (formerly with CBS Chicago). The Mardi Gras Gala will be kicked off with a silent auction during cocktail hour, a five-course dinner, followed by a spectacular display of entertainment. The entertainment extravaganza will consist of the world-renown diva Anna Vissi, Chicagos own Frank Sinatra - Jimmy Damon, comedian Ellen Karis and sultry jazz singer Robin Simone. The center is truly blessed to have all these performers performing on a pro bono basis. The Hellenic Five band will accompany the performers and will also provide live music for Greek and American dancing.
Ms.Christie, the fundraising committee, Ms. Bousis, and the entire board of directors invite one and all to attend this once in a lifetime event. The dress code is black tie optional or masquerade. The Westin OHare is providing complimentary parking in the South parking lot. Special room rates are available at $119 per night. Kindly mention the Greek American when booking your rooms. The proceeds of the event will be utilized to offset the operational expenditures of this not for profit home (501 C3 corporation). Per person donation for event is $125.00.
