Demetri Koutrouvelis joined Studley in 2001 with 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. For over 4 years he was with Clark Construction specializing in business development and construction management. Prior to joining Clark, Demetri worked as an architect in interior architecture for both Gensler and RTKL. Demetri has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate, concentrating in Institutional Real Estate Investment Analysis, from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
